Mr. Ramesh Chandak is the Managing Director & CEO of KEC International Limited (KEC), a global transmission & infrastructure company, headquartered in Mumbai. He is a member on the Management Board of the RPG Group and serves on the Board of Raychem RPG Ltd., KEC Global FZ LLC, UAE, SAE Towers USA and other companies.

A professional with an all round commitment, Mr. Chandak is presently President IEEMA (Indian Electrical & Electronics Manufacturer's Association), a representative organization of Power T&D industry in India. He is also the Chairman of Transmission Line Division of CII (Confederation of Indian Industry), Chairman of the Indo-Kazakhstan Business Council, FICCI (Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry).

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India awarded him the CA Business Leader of the Year in 2008. He is a meritorious Chartered Accountant and has done Advanced Management Programme at Harvard Business School.

At KEC, he has led the firm's transformation into being the world's largest transmission line construction company, assuming leadership when its turnover was Rs 501 cr. in 2002 and taking it to the current height of over Rs 4000 cr.

Recognized as an innovative and dynamic leader, Mr. Chandak has had a varied geographical and industry experience. Apart from India, Mr. Chandak has also worked in the USA and Malaysia and was associated with Textile, Edible Oil and Engineering industries.

Mr. Chandak is an active participant and speaker at various national and international forums. He is looked upon as a role model by today's youth, not only for his sharp business acumen and leadership but also for his personal ethics and conduct.

Mr. Vimal Kejriwal, an alumnus of the Kellogg School of Management, is a meritorious Chartered Accountant and also a member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has more than twenty five years of rich corporate experience across sectors such as Pharmaceuticals, Fertilisers, Oil & Gas. Prior to joining KEC in Sep 2002, as Chief Financial Officer, he was working in a leading Global Investment Bank. In 2006, he was elevated to the post of Executive Director, International Transmission Business. Presently, he holds the post of President, Transmission business which includes Supply Chain, Domestic and International Transmission business.

Mr. George Varghese has over 26 years of experience in the Telecommunications sector. He has worked in top managerial positions in the telecom sector across various companies. He was the President of Reliance Communications and prior to that President and CEO of Hughes Telecom. He was the Chief General Manager in the Indian Express where he worked for a period of 10 years. He is a science graduate and an MBA from Institute of Management Development & Research, Pune.

Mr. Vardhan Dharkar is a Chartered Accountant with rich experience in various areas of finance. He commenced his long tenure with Wokhardt Limited (1988-2006) as an Officer in Finance and progressed to become the Vice President Finance in 2002. Subsequently, he was the Chief Financial Officer at Dabur Pharma Limited. He has been associated with KEC International since 2007.He was recently conferred the prestigious award of Best CFO 2009-Infrastructure & Construction Category by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Mr. Yugesh Goutam, a Post Graduate in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Punjab University, has been associated with KEC International since March 2009.During his 22 years experience across various roles in Human Resources, Mr. Goutam has been associated with Laing O'Rourke as Hub HR Director, Middle East and South Asia for the U K-based Infrastructure and Construction Solutions organisation; Pfizer India Ltd, Reliance Industries Ltd., Becton Dickinson Asia Pte Ltd., Asia Pacific Regional Office at Singapore and VST Industries Ltd. He has been associated with KEC International since 2009.

Mr. Randeep Narang has over 25 years of experience in the Tyre and Telecommunications sector. He has worked in top managerial positions across various companies. He was the Managing Director and CEO of Ceat, Kelani, Sri Lanka. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President in Reliance Communication. He is a commerce graduate and an MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.

Mr. Nikhil Gupta is a Chartered Accountant by profession and a rank holder of the Institute. He is also an Economics Honours graduate from the University of Delhi. He has nearly three decades of experience, initially with Price Waterhouse Coopers and thereafter, Raychem RPG, a joint venture with Tyco Inc., USA, before taking over the helm at RPG Cables Ltd, in 2004.

Mr. Ruggieri has over 35 years experience as an executive in the project industry (power lines, heavy engineering, processing plants and infrastructure). Between 1993 and 1998, Mr. Ruggieri was the head of the Power Line Components business globally for ABB, overseeing manufacturing facilities in Europe, Asia, Africa, Latin America and Australia. Mr. Ruggieri's diverse business experience includes business development, mergers and acquisitions as well as divestitures. Mr. Ruggieri was educated and trained as an engineer and speaks Italian, French, German and Spanish.

Mr. Arvind K. Sharma is a Post Graduate in Operations Research from the University of Delhi. Mr. Sharma has 31 years of experience in the Telecommunications and Information Technologies Industries with organizations such as, NDDB, BASE ICLand PHILIPS in Middle East & Africa. He has been associated with the RPG Group since 1995.

Mr. Sanjay Chandra is an Electrical Engineer. He brings with him 28 years career across various positions and responsibility with Indian Railways and IRCON International Ltd. Prior to joining KEC, he headed the Electrical, Mechanical, Signaling and Telecommunications segments in EPC construction with IRCON

Mr. Maadhav Digraskar is a B.E. (Electrical) and has more than 30 years in execution of Distribution and EPC projects in Power sector. Prior to Joining KEC, he was President with Sterling & Wilson, as Associate of Shapoorji Pallonji & Co. Ltd. Prior to this, he was has been involved in successful execution of many large and complex EPC Power Projects in India and abroad while working with ABB Ltd as President of Power Product Division.

Mr. Dilip Shukla is a Mechanical and Industrial Engineer, with over 30 years of total experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, EPC turnkey projects and Water Infrastructure. Prior to joining KEC International, he was the Whole Time Director & CEO of Doshion Veolia Water Solutions Pvt. Ltd. He was associated with HELM, an Engineering, Process & Infrastructure Industry for more than 10 years. He has also worked in various senior positions in Tyco Valves & Controls India, ISGEC group of companies, Anup Engineering Ltd and Sarabhai Machinery Ltd.

Mr. Akhil Saxena is a B.E. (Mech) from NIT, Srinagar. He has been associated with KEC International Limited since December 2009. During his 19 years career in the FMCG industry, he has worked with M/s. Hindustan Unilever Limited in different areas like Maintenance, Production, Engineering Projects, Supply Chain, Quality & TPM across various manufacturing sites, Nepal & Corporate office.

Mr. V Balasubramanian is an Industrial Engineer with over 22 years experience in Consulting, Training, Business Development and General Management. Prior to this, he was associated with Zensar as Executive Vice President and Aptech Limited as Executive director . He has been conferred Maha- Praj Intrapreneur of the year 2009. He has also completed the OWP (Orchestrating Winning Performance) program from IMD Lausanne, Switzerland.

Mr. Vasant Pandit is a B.Tech. in Metallurgical Engineering from IIT Powai, Mumbai (1976). He has been associated with KEC International/RPG Cables as Vice President Sales & Marketing since June 2008. His 34 years work experience has been in the field of Marketing and Sales with over twenty years in Cables and the balance in Industrial and Instrumentation Products and Consumer product marketing. Prior to joining KEC he has worked with Polycab, Amtrex, Toshniwal Sensors , Samurai Electronics, Sensotherm and Thermo Cables.

Mr. Raj kumar Gupta is an Engineer with rich and extensive experience in execution of large EPC Contracts, mainly in power sector. During the career spanning over two decades, Mr. Gupta has been involved in successful execution of many large and complex EPC Power Projects in India and abroad while working with ABB and ALSTOM. He has held many positions and responsibilities in the areas of Project & Contracts Management. Prior to joining KEC in September 2009, he was Head - Construction and Commissioning, Thermal Systems in ALSTOM India.
