Managing Director & CEO

Mr. Ramesh Chandak is the Managing Director & CEO of KEC International Limited (KEC). He is a member on the Management Board of the RPG Group and serves on the Board of Raychem RPG Ltd., Global Procurement Consultants Ltd., SAE Towers Holdings LLC, USA and a host of other companies.

A professional with an all round commitment, Mr. Chandak is presently Chairman of the Transmission Line Division of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and Chairman of the Indo-Kazakhstan Business Council, Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI).

Mr. Chandak is a Chartered Accountant and has done Advanced Management Programme at Harvard Business School. The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India awarded him the 'CA Business Leader of the Year-2008'. At KEC, he has led the firm's transformation into being the world's largest transmission line construction company, assuming leadership when its turnover was Rs 501 cr. in 2002 and taking it to the current height of over Rs 7900 cr.

Recognized as an innovative and dynamic leader, Mr. Chandak has a varied geographical and industry experience. Apart from India, Mr. Chandak has worked in USA and Malaysia where he was associated with the Textile, Edible Oil and Engineering industries.

Mr. Chandak is an active participant and speaker at various national and international forums. He is looked upon as a role model by today's youth, not only for his sharp business acumen and leadership but also for his personal ethics and conduct.

Mr. Vimal Kejriwal is the Managing Director & CEO (Designate) and a Member of the Board of KEC International Limited. Additionally, he serves as a Director on Board of SAE Towers Holdings LLC, USA, a wholly owned subsidiary of KEC International Ltd.

With over 32 years of rich& diversified corporate experience including 12 years in KEC, Mr. Kejriwal has received numerous honors and accolades. He has significantly contributed in turning around KEC into a highly profitable company. He has also been instrumental in successfully bolstering the company's international exposure. Under his initiative and direction, apart from entering 19 new countries, KEC also acquired SAE Towers headquartered in USA having factories in Brazil and Mexico. With this acquisition, KEC became the largest globally operated tower manufacturing company in the world.In KEC,consistently for the past three years he has been lauded and recognized with the "Outstanding Achiever Award", one of the most prestigious RPG Group Annual Awards, for his outstanding performance and commitment towards KEC.

Earlier in his career at KEC, he has held many leading top managerial positions since the time he joined the company in September 2002 as the Chief Financial Officer. In 2006, he took over as Executive Director - International Transmission Business. In 2010, he was elevated as President - Transmission, managing the Domestic & International transmission Business including Supply Chain as well as responsible for SAE Tower's business since the time it was acquired in 2010. In 2013, his responsibility was extended to include KEC's power distribution business as well. As the President of T&D Business he has been managing the Supply Chain, Domestic and International Transmission & Power Systems Businesses (Distribution) for KEC including SAE.

Mr. Kejriwal is also active on various industry platforms; presently he is the Chairman of the International Business Division of Indian Electrical and Electronics Manufacturers' Association (IEEMA).

Mr. Kejriwal is a distinguished alumnus of the Kellogg School of Management, USA and Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), India. He is also a meritorious Chartered Accountant and a Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Mr. Rakesh Amol , has nearly 3 decades of Global experience in managing organizations of manufacturing & EPC business, across a range of sectors like Power, Oil & Gas , Iron & Steel and other industries. He is a B.E. (Mechanical) from BITS Mesra with an MBA in Finance from FMS -Delhi University.

Mr. Rajeev Aggarwal is a Chartered Accountant with rich experience in varied areas of finance. In his career spanning 25 years, he has worked on financial planning, fund raising including public Issues, and financial management functions specifically in the Infrastructure and Core sectors with organizations like Shapoorji Pallonji Infrastructure, Jindal Steel & Power, Gujarat Flurochemicals, Cosmo Films and IFCI. Prior to joining KEC, he was the CFO of Essar’s Power Business Group.

Mr. Vasudevan Narasimha is a post graduate in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences. He has over 28 years of experience in the manufacturing across Asia Pacific and in Banking across Asia, Africa, Middle East, Europe and the Americas.

Executive Director - Cables

Mr. Nikhil Gupta is a Chartered Accountant by profession and a rank holder of the Institute. He is also an Economics Honours graduate from the University of Delhi. He has over three decades of experience, initially with Price Waterhouse Coopers and thereafter, Raychem RPG Ltd, a joint venture with Tyco Inc., USA where he held various positions in Finance, HR, Co Secretary, Supply Chain and Marketing, before joining RPG Cables Ltd, as CFO in 2001. He was elevated to the position of Managing Director at RPG Cables Ltd in 2005 where he was instrumental in its turnaround from a sick company, until its merger with KEC International Ltd in 2010.

Chip Breitweiser
CEO - SAE Towers

Mr. Breitweiser has over 25 years of experience in the power transmission and distribution segment as well as in the steel structures market. Most recently, Mr. Breitweiser was the President of CST International in which he held global responsibility overseeing locations in 12 different countries executing projects in approx. 80 countries. Mr. Breitweiser started his career with Westinghouse Electric and moved to ABB in which he held positions of increasing responsibility including Vice President of ABB Power Transmission and Distribution and Senior Vice President of ABB Process Industries. He is also a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Breitweiser has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University.

Mr. Randeep Narang has over 25 years of experience in the Tyre and Telecommunications sector. He has worked in top managerial positions across various companies. He was the Managing Director and CEO of Ceat, Kelani, Sri Lanka. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President in Reliance Communication. He is a commerce graduate and an MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.
