    Role & Criteria -
    • Qualification:-
      • Essential - Chartered Accountant or equivalent qualification with 5-15 yrs work experience.
      • Desirable - Sufficient exposure to usage/transactions through computer based programs and accounting packages - Oracle/ JDE.
    • Key responsibilities:
      • Responsible for inventory accounting, stores accounting, vendor reconciliation & accounting.
      • Project commercial activities including billing and site accounting.
      • Tracking of project revenues, cost, billing, collections.
      • Coordinating with Site Commercial and Projects on commercial issues
    • Competencies: Ability to work in a team situated at different locations.

  • Assistant Manager / Manager/ Sr. Manager - Commercial

    Job Code - RL/CO/04
    SBU - Railways
    Location - Saharsa-Bihar, Hajipur-Sagauli, Jind-Jakhal, Hyderabad
    Role & Criteria -
    • Qualification:-
      • Essential - Graduate in Commerce / Finance with 15 - 20 years of work experience.
      • Desirable - Experience of working on tenders for Railway/Metro Projects, in estimations/costing for Signaling works.
    • Key responsibilities:
      • Responsible for all Commercial activities of the Railway SBU, including assisting in estimations/costing for Railway Projects, negotiations with vendors for bidding/ post-award during procurement, cash flows for the awarded projects, finance functions for the SBU.
      • He will also assist the SBU in opening of LCs, Bank Guarantees and formation of JVs/Consortiums.
    • Competencies: Experience of working on finance functions in construction industry, particularly involving Railway/Metro Projects. He should have exposure to all Finance/Commercial aspects of a construction project, including negotiations/dealings with vendors, estimations/costing for projects, cash flows for projects, opening of LCs, dealing with Consortium/JV Partners.

      • Chief Executive - Railway SBU
