    Role & Criteria -
    • Qualification:-
      • B.E in Electrical or Civil Engineering with 5 - 12 yrs work experience.
      • Desirable - Proficiency in Excel/Primavera/Microsoft Project (Working knowledge of the software).
    • Key responsibilities:
      • Issue works order containing all the main details of the Projects to all the departments; Conduct Project Initialization meeting to discuss critical issues of the project with department; Clear initial quantities of tower material for Manufacturing.
      • Prepare Bought out Item budget (month wise plan); Arrange for Inspection at plant; Coordinate with shipping department for Dispatch of Tower Material.
      • Regularly follow up with procurement department for ensuring timely supplies; Handle clearance of quantities for Bought out for manufacturing; Provide billing details to commercial department for commercial invoice and to logistics department for custom invoice; Prepare project schedule in consultation with project manager and track progress; Manages the documentation work(client’s approval, Important mails) for projects.
      • Competencies: Facilitates flow of work for a process or procedure; Has knowledge of appropriate procedures for collecting and reviewing information. Monitors or regulates those procedures, tasks, or activities; Plans for optimal efficiency in his area. Has strong project management skills. Creates systems to handle all routine processes. Creates contingencies to handle all non-routine events.

      • Releases PSR (Per Structure Requirement) for procurement.
      • Releases drawing for Proto; Plans and organize tower testing.
      • Releases drawing for mass production.

      • Desirable: Understand Transmission Line Tower Testing Activity, having experience in testing of transmission towers and erection of heavy transmission towers on test bed by manual method or by using tower crane. Detailed knowledge of rigging, tower loadings, critical checks & related activities. General awareness of maintenance of winches, tools & tackles.
    • Key responsibilities:
      • Exposure to TQM and other improvement activities necessary.
      • Dealing with customer, Liaison with HO for testing activities.

    • Qualification:-
      • Essential - Diploma/BE in Mechanical/Structural/Civil Engineering with 7-10 years of experience in testing of transmission towers.
      • Desirable - Exposure to ERP.
    • Key responsibilities:
      • Erection of heavy transmission towers on test bed by manual method or by using tower crane; testing of transmission towers; tower design; sketch making/AutoCAD/ Horizontal assembly etc; automation system(SCADA-Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System); rigging, tower loadings, critical checks & related activities; maintenance of winches, tools & tackles.
      • He will be required to handle important clients/visitors; should be aggressive, task oriented, hardworking, with leadership qualities and have skills to handle contract manpower.
      • Competencies: Should understand Transmission Line Tower Testing Activity; experience in erection of heavy transmission towers on test bed by manual method or by using tower crane; experience in testing of transmission towers; hands-on knowledge of tower design; knowledge in sketch making/AutoCAD/ Horizontal assembly etc; Should be conversant with automation system(SCADA-Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System); Should have the detailed knowledge of rigging, tower loadings, critical checks & related activities; Should have general awareness of maintenance of winches, tools & tackles; Should have managerial skill. He will be required to handle important clients/visitors; Should be aggressive, task oriented, hardworking, with leadership qualities and have skills to handle contract manpower; Safety awareness is critical.
