  • Assistant Manager - IT

    Role & Criteria -
    • Qualification:-
      • Essential - MCA/ BE (Computers) with 5-8 yrs of work experience.
    • Key responsibilities:
      • Keeping himself updated with latest developments in the field and planning for up gradation/ improvement as per latest technologies; Up gradation of existing machineries and equipment through low cost automation/ technology change etc. to deliver enhanced quality and output.
      • Trouble shooting of ERP (JDE) and hands on ERP. Exposure to ERP with respect to development and trouble shooting; Managing security of database.
      • Responsible for planning & execution of preventive and predictive maintenance of IT equipments, spares management and reduction in maintenance cost.
      • Ensuring maximum uptime of Servers and FAT/THIN Clients; Knowledge about the Payroll and Attendance recording system; Provide guidance, coaching, technical training, documentation to respective end-users for higher achievement at competency level.
    • Competencies: Should have hands on experience on JDE one world Xe or Oracle JDE Enterprise One; Awareness about database Oracle/ DB2/ MS Access; Knowledge of Microsoft Products, Backup tools, Lease Line and various Protocols for setups and Installations; Analytical skill for new business processes to map and develop in JDE ERP; Man management and Communication skills
