This makes our Learning and OD practices, of paramount importance. The learning strategy at KEC is based on the principle of providing customized learning experience to every employee by means of creating a personalized Development Action Plan, implemented through multimodal learning interventions in the form of

- Action Learning Plans,
- E-Learning Resources for self-paced learning,
- On-the job learning and
- Blended Learning programs,
which are rolled out as part of the KEC University.
We have over 5000 digital learning resources, accessible to all our 5600+ employees, at any time of their choice, merely a few clicks away. Besides creation and actioning of customized DAPs, job rotation, potential assessment, 360 degree feedback, assessment and development centers are additional initiatives that we undertake to prepare our internal talent for current and future roles. Our flagship Leadership Development Programs are designed and rolled out in partnership with academic bodies like Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and Indian School of Business. These are targeted at focused development of our Top Talent and senior leadership.
