Mumbai, February 03, 2016: KEC International Ltd. (KEC), a global infrastructure EPC major, an RPG Group company, today announced its unaudited consolidated results for the quarter and YTD nine months ended December 31, 2015.
Net Revenue for the quarter stands at Rs. 2058.8 crore as against Rs. 2053.3 crore in the corresponding quarter of previous year.
EBITDA for the quarter stands at Rs. 160.9 crore as against Rs. 104.6 crore in the corresponding quarter of previous year, an increase of 53.9% Y-o-Y. EBITDA margin for the quarter stands at 7.8%, the highest in last 15 quarters.
Profit before Tax for the quarter stands at Rs. 73.5 crore as against Rs. 1.4 crore (excl. asset sale) in the corresponding quarter of previous year.
Net Revenue for nine months ended December 31, 2015 stands at Rs. 5957.7 crore as against Rs. 5946.7 crore in the corresponding period of previous year.
EBITDA for nine months ended December 31, 2015 stands at Rs. 456.4 crore as against Rs. 327.1 crore in the corresponding period of previous year, an increase of 39.5% Y-o-Y. EBITDA margin for nine months ended December 31, 2015 stands at 7.7%.
Profit before Tax for nine months ended December 31, 2015 stands at Rs. 187.5 crore as against Rs. 26.4 crore (excl. asset sale) in the corresponding period of previous year.
The Company has secured the following new orders in its Transmission & Distribution and Cables businesses amounting to Rs. 690 crore:
YTD order intake stands at Rs. 6837 crore, an increase of 26% Y-o-Y
