Mumbai, January 30, 2009 : KEC International Ltd. (KEC) today reported third quarter ended December 31, 2008 revenue of Rs 886.31 crore as against Rs 708.91 crore during the corresponding period last year, a growth of 25%. Net profit for the third quarter stands at Rs. 24.97 crore as against Rs. 52.30 crore during the corresponding period last year.
The revenue for Nine Months ended December 31, 2008 stood at 2292.81 crore as against Rs. 1783.45 crore for the corresponding period last year, a rise of 29%. Net profit for the Nine Months stands at Rs. 68.27 crore as against Rs. 111.50 crore during the corresponding period last year.
The company’s well-diversified order book stands at a healthy Rs. 5000 crore as on December 31, 2008.
