Results for the fourth quarter (Q4 FY15) ended March 31, 2015 and financial year 2014-15 (FY15)
Mumbai, May 06, 2015: KEC International Ltd. (KEC), a global infrastructure EPC major, an RPG Group company, today announced its results for the fourth quarter (Q4 FY15) ended March 31, 2015 and for the financial year 2014-15 (FY15).
Consolidated Financial Performance
For the quarter Q4 FY15
- Net sales stands at Rs. 2,521 crore as against Rs. 2,176 crore in the corresponding quarter of previous year, an increase of 15.9% Y-o-Y.
- EBITDA stands at Rs. 185 crore as against Rs. 151 crore in the corresponding quarter of previous year, an increase of 22% Y-o-Y. EBITDA margin improves by 30 basis points to 7.3% of net sales.
- Profit After Tax stands at Rs. 63 crore as against Rs. 34 crore in the corresponding quarter of previous year, an increase of 83% Y-o-Y.
For the full year FY15,
- Net sales stands at Rs. 8,468 crore as against Rs. 7,902 crore in the previous year, an increase of 7.2% Y-o-Y.
- EBITDA stands at Rs. 512 crore as against Rs. 493 crore in the previous year, an increase of 3.8% Y-o-Y.
- Profit After Tax stands at Rs. 161 crore (including profit on Thane land sale) as against Rs. 67 crore in the previous year, an increase of 141.1% Y-o-Y.
Dividend
The Board has recommended dividend of 45% as against 30% in the previous year.
New Order Intake
The Company has secured new orders in Transmission & Distribution and Cables Businesses amounting to Rs. 1,461 crore. Details are as follows -
- Two orders of Rs. 324 crore from PGCIL for construction of transmission lines for transmission system associated with green energy corridors, Inter-State Transmission Scheme in Western India.
- An order of Rs. 299 crore from Uganda Electricity Transmission Company Ltd. for construction of transmission line in Uganda.
- An order of Rs. 355 crore from Saudi Electricity Company for construction of transmission lines in Saudi Arabia.
- An order of Rs. 196 crore from Georgian State Electrosystem for construction of transmission line in Georgia.
- In addition, secured orders of Rs. 187 crore across various regions.
- Cables business secured orders for supply of Power and Telecom cables of Rs. 100 crore.
