Mumbai, March 10 :KEC International Ltd. (KEC) a global leader in the power transmission EPC sector and part of the Rs. 11,500 crore RPG Group, today announced that it has won the single-largest contract in the company’s history.

KEC has signed this contract with Saudi Electric Company (SEC) as part of the consortium of Al Sharif KEC. Valued at Saudi Riyal 454.4 million, or US$ 120.73 million, Al Sharif KEC has been mandated by SEC - South Region, to construct a 380 kV transmission line on a turnkey basis.
KEC will design, engineer, procure, supply, deliver, construct, install, test and commission a new 380 kV D/C OHL between Shoaibah-2 P/P 380 kV S/S in WOA to the proposed Namerah North 380 kV BSP in SOA – a total line route length of 268 Km.
