KEC INTERNATIONAL Q4 NET DOUBLES - 04/30/2008

Mumbai, April 30, 2008 : KEC International Ltd. (KEC), arguably the world’s largest power transmission EPC company and a part of the $3 billion RPG Group, today reported (un-audited) fourth quarter revenue of Rs. 1031 crore versus last year’s figure for the corresponding period of Rs. 643.70 crore. Net profit for the fourth quarter has doubled to Rs. 60.66 crore. The company today boasts an Order Book (excluding L1 positions) of Rs. 4200 crore versus Rs. 3000 crore last year.

KEC INTERNATIONAL Q2 REVENUE CROSSES RS. 800 CRORE - 10/23/2008

(KEC) today reported second quarter ended September 30, 2008 revenue of Rs. 806.45 crore versus last year’s figure for the corresponding period of Rs 562.96 crore. Net profit for the second quarter stands at Rs. 17.80 crore as against Rs. 33.89 crore during the corresponding period last year.

(KEC) today reported third quarter ended December 31, 2008 revenue of Rs 886.31 crore as against Rs 708.91 crore during the corresponding period last year, a growth of 25%. Net profit for the third quarter stands at Rs. 24.97 crore as against Rs. 52.30 crore during the corresponding period last year.
